Thank you to everyone who participated in the VIRTUAL Spring Dash!
Since 1982, Spring Dash has been the kickoff to the running season. However, we were faced with uncertainty for the 38th Annual run. Following the recommendations by the CDC and Panhandle health District, UWNI hosted the first ever Virtual Spring Dash! Hundreds of people and pets participated, allowing us to raise approximately $7,500 for the Coeur d'Alene COVID-19 Relief Fund. To learn more about the fund, visit www.CDAcovid.com. All Spring Dash participants received a bib and the popular custom designed t-shirt. Yes, we still had a high-school t-shirt design contest!
Packet Pickup. All registered participants will receive a t-shirt, bib, and other sponsor goodies, but packet pickup will be a little different this year. We will have the final drive-through packet pickup on Saturday, May 16th at NIC, 9-11am. Aftre that, United Way of North Idaho will have office hours set up for participants to pickup their packets. Our office is located at 501 E. Lakeside Ave., Suite 3 (just east of 5th St.).
The UWNI office pickup hours are:
- Monday: 11am – 1pm
- Tuesday: 11am – 1pm
- Wednesday: 3pm – 5pm
- Thursday: 3pm – 5pm
Please be sure to only come within those hours. Please help us ensure proper social distancing and health precautions by limiting your time in the office. Masks are appreciated as well, especially the ones with silly patterns. :)
